摘 要:针对某一单层建筑面积为2 000m2的两层工厂进行了降温系统方案设计。计算了厂房冷负荷,提出了3种降温系统方案,估算了设备投资及运行费用,通过对比最终选用深井水+空调机组联合冷却降温方案。采用深井水+空调机组联合冷却降温比采用普通商用蒸汽压缩式制冷空调+螺杆空调机降温设备投资约低86.2%,比整体采用螺杆机组降温设备投资低4.6%;在年运行费用方面比采用普通商用蒸汽压缩式制冷空调+螺杆空调机降温约低47.9%,比整体采用螺杆机组降温低10.5%。Energy conservation has gradually penetrated into various fields of production and life. As a major energy consuming equipment in a building, the cooling system has great potential of energy saving. A cooling system was designed for a 2-layers factory with the area of 2 000 m2 for each floor. Three kinds of cooling system scheme were put forward. The cost of purchase and op- eration in each scheme was estimated respectively. The one that uses the deep well and air conditioning unit was finally chosen. The investment and operation costs per year of the method is 86.2% lower and 4.6% lower respectively than the method using ordinary commercial vaporcompression and screw air conditioning. It's 47.9% lower and 10.5% lower respectively than the method thoroughly using screw units.
