摘  要:塔河油田稠油井掺稀降黏工艺生产中,由于电泵运行影响因素复杂,加剧其异常分析难度。由于传统录取井口参数无法实时匹配运行电流,造成分析延误或误判,严重影响电泵正常生产。为此,采油二厂率先对电泵井实行远传参数实时监测,结合电泵井在生产过程中遇到的典型故障,对监测参数变化所表现出的特征进行分析,绘制了电泵井11种故障类型示意图,通过对比实际监测参数变化,可及时发现电泵故障并进行处理,确保电泵平稳运行。The method that heavy oil mixes light oil to reduce oil viscosity is employed in Tahe oilfield, which makes it more difficult to conduct the abnormal analysis of ESP, because of the complex factors influencing the electric submersible pump. As the traditional parameter, which is got by manual inspection, could not match the current parameter in time, which leads to the delaying and misjudging analysis, and seriously affects the production of ESP. Therefore, the remote transmission parameters of real-time monitoring for ESP Wells are carried out in No. 2 oil production factory. Combining the typical fault of ESP Wells in the process of production, and analyzing the change of monitoring characteristic parameters, the 11 types of failure diagram o~ ESP Wells are drawn. Compared with the actual monitoring parameters, the failure of ESP can be found and handled in time to ensure ESP running smoothly.
