对29例宫颈疾病患者予以子宫颈电环切除术治疗的可行性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨针对宫颈疾病患者采用子宫颈电环切术治疗效果。方法选取我院2013年12月∽2014年12月收治的29例宫颈疾病患者行子宫颈电环切术的临床资料进行回顾性分析,观察患者的治疗效果。结果采用子宫颈电环切术治疗宫颈疾病的成功率为93.10%（27/29）,手术所用平均时间（9.15±0.37）min,术中平均出血量（8.38±1.05）ml。结论针对宫颈疾病患者采用子宫颈电环切术不但手术方法简单,且具有较高的安全性、术中出血量少。Objective To investigate the effect of cervical loop electrosurgical excision in the treatment of cervical diseases. Methods Chose 29 cases of cervical disease patients who were treated with cervical loop electrosurgical excision in our hospital from December 2013 to December 2014,retrospectively analyzed the clinical data,observed the therapeutic effect. Results The cervical loop electrosurgical excision for treatment of cervical disease,the success rate was 93.10%（27/29）,the average time of the operation was（9.15±0.37） min,the mean intraoperative bleeding was（8.38±1.05） ml. Conclusion For patients with cervical disease,cervical loop electrosurgical excision procedure not only is a simple operation,it is also safety and has less operation bleeding.
