6F硅胶尿管在尿道下裂修复术后的疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨6F硅胶尿管在尿道下裂修复术中的效果。方法 2013∽2014年在26例尿道下裂修复术中使用6F硅胶尿管做新建尿道的支架,观察术后疗效。结果术后随访0.5∽1年,26例患者均恢复良好,6F硅胶尿管的放置时间在12∽21 d,拔除支架管后排尿顺畅,随诊时间为4周到半年,3例患者出现尿瘘及尿道吻合口轻度狭窄,先予以定期尿道扩张,尿道狭窄纠正后予以尿道瘘修补,患者均获痊愈。结论采用6F硅胶尿管做新建尿道的支架可以减少术后感染、尿瘘及尿道狭窄并发症,提高手术成功率。Objective To investigate effect of 6F silica gel urinary canal applied in urethral stricture after hypospadias surgery. MethodsFrom 2013 to 2014, 26 patients with hypospadias were treated by 6F silica gel urinary canal,observed post-operative urethral infection and urinary fistula.Results Post-operative follow-up for four weeks to a year,26 cases of patients whose silica gel urinary canal was fixed for 12 ∽ 21 days had no occurrence of postoperative infection,3 cases appearred urinary fistula and urethral stricture.After repairment the complications were eliminated. Conclusion Effect of 6F silica gel urinary canal application of urethral stricture after hypospadias surgery is confirmed to improve the success rate of operation and reduce the operation complications.
