半环式固定架治疗胫腓骨骨折50例临床体会

摘　　要：目的研究分析半环式固定架在治疗胫腓骨骨折的临床方法及效果。方法选取我院2012∽2013年收治的50例胫腓骨骨折患者,实行半环式固定架手术并给予相应的术后处理,根据Harris标准来评价以上患者的治疗效果。结果在以上患者中,治疗效果的优良率达到92%。同时,患者骨折全部愈合,平均愈合时间为6个月。结论对胫腓骨骨折实行半环式固定架治疗,不仅手术损伤小,骨折愈合进度快,而且对骨折进行固定,有助于其恢复到有效长度,纠正其成角、旋转,并提升骨外固定系统的稳定性。Objective To study the clinical method and effect of half ring fixation in the treatment of fracture of tibia and fibula. Methods 50 patients with fracture of tibia and fibula from 2012 to 2013 in our hospital were selected, received half-ring external fixation operation and appropriate postoperative treatment. According to the Harris standard, the therapeutic effects of patients were evaluated. Results The excellent rate of treatment reached 92% in the patients. At the same time, all the patients with fracture healed, the average healing time was 6 months. Conclusion The half-ring external fixation for the patients with fracture of tibia and fibula is not only less damage surgery, quick fracture healing, but also can help to recover to its effective length after fixing the fractures, correct the angle, rotation, and enhance the stability of external fixation system.
