浅谈女性肛门瘙痒症的心理干预治疗

摘　　要：目的探究心理干预治疗女性肛门瘙痒症的效果。方法选取我院在2013年9月∽2014年9月收治的患有肛门瘙痒症的女性患者50例,将其随机分为对照组及观察组,每组有25例患者。对照组采取中西医结合的治疗方法,而观察组在对照组的基础上添加心理干预治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组患者,且差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论女性肛门瘙痒症治疗中心理干预具有明显的效果。Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention in the treatment of female pruritus ani. Methods 50 female cases with pruritus ani from September 2013 to September 2014 in our hospital were randomly selected into control group and observation group, 25 patients in each group. The patients in control group received combination of Chinese and western medicine treatment, the observation group received psychological intervention treatment on the basis of control group, compared the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients. Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group significantly（P〈0.05）. Conclusion psychological intervention in the treatment of female pruritus ani is effective.
