糖尿病足应用胰岛素外敷治疗的效果分析

摘　　要：目的对胰岛素外敷治疗糖尿病足的方法进行探讨分析。方法 2013∽2014年我院共有72例糖尿病足患者,将这些患者随机分成对照组和观察组,均有36例,对照组患者使用清创换药包扎治疗的方法,观察组增加胰岛素外敷治疗,对两组的临床治疗效果进行比较分析。结果采取不同的治疗方式后,观察组患者的临床治疗有效率为94.44%,对照组的治疗有效率为69.44%,两组患者的临床治疗效果存在统计学差异性,P〈0.05。结论糖尿病足患者的治疗使用胰岛素外敷,可以让治疗周期缩短,患者的治疗效果获得提升。Objective To investigate the method of external application of insulin in the treatment of diabetic foot. Methods 72 patients with diabetic foot from 2013 to 2014 in our hospital were randomly selected into control group and observation group,36 patients in each. Patients in the control group received debridement,dressing change and bandage treatment,the insulin external application was added to the observation group patients. The clinical outcomes between the two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of observation group was 94.44%,the control group was 69.44%,there was significant differences between the two groups,P〈0.05. Conclusion The method of external application of insulin in the treatment of diabetic foot,can shorten the treatment period,improve treatment effect.
