探讨肾细胞癌的CT影像特点及病理分型

摘　　要：目的探讨肾细胞癌的CT影像特点及病理分型,以提高临床诊断正确率。方法回顾性分析我院2014年3月∽2015年3月诊治的70例肾细胞癌病患的临床资料,患者术前均行CT平扫以及动态增强扫描,观察患者的影像特征和病理结果。结果集合管癌1例,颗粒细胞癌2例,多房囊性肾细胞癌4例,嫌色细胞癌4例,乳头状癌7例,透明细胞癌52例。透明细胞癌中包含多房囊性肾细胞癌以及颗粒细胞癌;而乳头状癌和嫌色细胞癌的血液供应则相对较少,强化程度显著低于透明细胞癌。结论各型肾细胞癌的CT表现特异性不明显,病理学检查结果可明确最终分型,提高临床对肾细胞癌的诊断和鉴别。Objective To study the CT imaging characteristics of renal cell carcinoma and pathological classification,in order to improve clinical diagnosis accuracy. Methods Chose 70 cases of renal cell carcinoma patients in our hospital during March 2014 ∽ March 2015 and conducted retrospective analyse on the diagnosis and treatment of the clinical data,patients received preoperative CT scan and dynamic enhanced scan,the imaging features and pathological results were observed. Results 1 case of collecting duct carcinoma,granular cell carcinoma in 2 cases,4 cases of multilocular cystic renal cell carcinoma,4 cases of color cell carcinoma,7 cases of papillary carcinoma,52 cases of clear cell carcinoma. Clear cell carcinoma included multilocular cystic renal cell carcinoma and granular cell carcinoma. The papillary carcinoma and blood supply of the cell carcinoma were relatively small,significantly lower than that of clear cell carcinoma. Conclusion Various types of renal cell carcinoma CT manifestations and specificity are not obvious,the pathology examination result can clear the final parting,improve the clinical diagnosis and differential of renal cell carcinoma.
