急诊护理干预对脑出血患者预后的影响

摘　　要：目的观察分析急诊护理干预对脑出血患者以及预后的影响。方法收集我院2013年11月∽2015年3月诊治的200例脑出血病患者作为研究对象,回顾性分析患者的临床资料,其中100例为患者家人送往医院救治,另外100例为医院派救护车接到医院救治,统计分析患者救治情况。结果 100例家人送往医院救治的患者最后死亡14例,窒息27例;医院派救护车救治的患者最后死亡2例,窒息5例。结论急诊护理干预对脑出血患者预后能有效提高治愈患者的可能性,降低死亡率。Objective To observe and analyze the emergency nursing intervention on the patients with cerebral hemorrhage and prognosis results. Methods200 cases of cerebral hemorrhage patients in our hospital from November 2013 to March 2015 were taken as the research object, the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed, including 100 cases of patients with family rushed to hospital, the other 100 cases received the hospital sent an ambulance to hospital for treatment, treatment data was statistical analyzed. Results Of 100 cases of family rushed to hospital for treatment, 14 cases died, 27 cases of asphyxia, hospital ambulance for treatment of the patients died in 2 cases, 5 cases of asphyxia. Conclusion Emergency nursing intervention can effectively improve the cure of patients and reduce mortality.
