颅脑损伤致急性脑疝手术的治疗及护理体会

摘　　要：目的对颅脑损伤导致的急性脑疝的手术治疗进行研究,并分析相应的护理方法。方法选择来我院就诊的颅脑损伤导致的急性脑疝患者60例,随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组采用传统的减压手术方法进行治疗,观察组采用联合内外减压手术的方法进行治疗,对两组患者术后的恢复状况进行分析,并对相应的护理方法进行评价。结果观察组与对照组比较,观察组的患者出现并发症低于对照组。结论给予患者积极有效的临床治疗和护理,能改善患者临床症状,成功救助颅脑损伤致急性脑疝患者。Objective To study the treatment of acute cerebral hernia operation caused by craniocerebral injury, and to analyze the corresponding nursing methods. Methods Chose 60 patients with acute cerebral hernia caused brain injury in our hospital, control group was using the traditional method of decompression operation treatment method, observation group was treated with combination of internal and external decompression and operation for treatment. Results The observation group of patients with complications was significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion Combined treatment of acute cerebral hernia and decompression operation caused by brain injury has significant curative effect.
