摘　　要：创业失败比一般的组织失败更具离散性、碎片化和多样性等特征,创业者从失败中重新崛起是一个具有特殊意义的学习过程。与之相对应,创业失败学习是一个复杂的、动态性的学习过程,而不是孤立的学习事件。通过创业失败进行类型化和范畴化以解构创业失败的本质和独特性,重点讨论高成本事件失败的学习过程和学习风格,解构高成本事件失败学习的内在机制,在此基础上构建理论框架并提出未来研究方向。Entrepreneurial failure is an important issue,which is more discrete,fragmented and diverse than organizational failure.Recovery and re-emergence from failure is a process involving distinctive learning and yields significant implications.Also,learning from entrepreneurial failure is a complex and dynamic process rather than an isolated event.This study analyzed the essence and uniqueness of entrepreneurial failure by classification and categorization.Further,we discussed styles and processes of learning from high cost event failure in order to analyze the internal mechanism.Finally,theoretical framework and future research direction were put forward.
