摘　　要：因病致贫、因病返贫是制约贫困地区经济社会发展的重要因素。构建完善的农村医疗保障体系,对于缓解贫困、促进贫困地区社会稳定具有重要意义。目前,贫困地区的农村合作医疗社会满意度较低,农村居民的参保意愿不强,其可持续发展缺乏坚实的基础。因此,有必要深入分析其影响因素,提出应对之策,促进贫困地区医疗卫生事业的健康发展。The poverty and return to poverty due to disease is important factor to restrict the development of economic-society in poverty areas.Constructing a perfect rural medical security system has important significance to alleviate poverty and promote the social stability in poverty areas.At present,farmer’s satisfaction degree of cooperative medical system in poverty areas is low,farmer’s participating willingness is not strong,the sustainable development of cooperative medical system lack solid foundation.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the influencing factors and put forward the countermeasures to promote healthy development of medical and health undertakings in poverty areas.
