PTCA结合支架治疗老年冠心病左室功能不全的安全性和近、远期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察PTCA结合支架治疗老年冠心病左室功能不全的疗效及安全性。方法:将120例行PTCA支架术的老年冠心病左室功能不全患者,分成>65岁组(47例)及≤65岁组(73例),比较两组患者疗效及心肌事件情况。结果:>65岁组和≤65岁组LVEF、心绞痛CC分级均较治疗前有所改善,且后组优于前组;≤65岁组无心肌事件存活为65例(89.04%),>65岁组为39例(82.98%);>65岁组和≤65岁组手术成功率相似,分别为91.2%和92.1%(P>0.05)。结论:PTCA+支架治疗的老年冠心病左室功能不全患者,其疗效显著,安全性高。Objective：To observe the curative effect and security of PTCA combined with stenting in the treatment of elderly coronary heart disease with left ventricular dysfunction.Method：PTCA stenting for 120 patients with coronary heart disease left ventricular dysfunction elderly patients.They were divided into 65 years old group（47 cases） and ≤ 65 years old group（73 cases）,the curative effect and cardiac events in two groups were compared.Result：〉65 years old group and ≤ 65 years old group LVEF,angina pectoris CC classification were improved more compared with before treatment.And after group was superior to that of the previous group;without myocardial survived event in ≤ 65 years old group was 65 cases（89.04%）,〉65 years old group was 39 cases（82.98%）;65 years old group and ≤ 65 years old group operation success rate were similar,they were 91.2% and 92.1%（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：PTCA combined with stenting in the treatment of elderly coronary heart disease with left ventricular dysfunction has obvious curative effect and high safety.
