天麻素注射液联合星状神经节阻滞治疗椎动脉型颈椎病

摘　　要：目的:观察天麻素注射液联合星状神经节阻滞治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:临床诊断为椎动脉型颈椎病的患者63例,给予天麻素注射液静脉输注,同时行星状神经节阻滞,1次/d,连续10 d,疗程结束后评判治疗效果。结果:63例患者临床症状消除显著,未发生严重不良反应,总有效率为95.2%。结论:天麻素注射液静脉输注联合星状神经节阻滞治疗椎动脉型颈椎病安全性好,疗效确切。Objective：To observe the clinical effects of Gastrodin Injection infusion and stellate ganglion block for in the treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis.Method：63 cases of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type were treated by Gastrodin Injection infusion and stellate ganglion block.The methods were applied once a day and 10 days for a course of treatment.The clinical effects after the treatment finished was evaluated.Result：The clinical symptoms of 63 cases were significantly eliminated,there had no serious adverse reactions,the total effective rate was 95.2%.Conclusion：The methods of Gastrodin Injection infusion and stellate ganglion block to treat vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis is security and effective.
