摘　　要：腰痛为临床常见病和多发病。高才达主任医师认为腰痛的病机是本虚标实,肝肾虚为本,风寒湿等外邪而致的筋脉瘀滞为标。治疗上高师善用白芍木瓜汤,培补肝肾、舒筋通络而达到治疗目的。Low Back Pain is a common and frequent encountered disease in clinic. The National-level Famous Doctor GAO Cai-da thinks that the pathogenesis of low back pain is deficiency in origin and excess of superficiality. Liver and kidney deficiency is the main cause, while wind-cold- dampness leading to stasis in meridians caused is the tip reason. Mr. Gao uses Baishao Mugua Decoction to nourish liver and kidney and dredge meridians。
