舒郁止痛饮联合盐酸氟西汀治疗肝郁血瘀型2型糖尿病痛性神经病变

摘　　要：目的:观察舒郁止痛饮(自拟方)联合盐酸氟西汀治疗2型糖尿病痛性神经病变的临床疗效。方法:将60例肝郁血瘀型2型糖尿病痛性神经病变患者按照单双号法分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组使用盐酸氟西汀治疗。治疗组使用舒郁止痛饮联合盐酸氟西汀治疗,观察比较两组患者治疗前后抑郁症状、疼痛情况及预后效果。结果:两组经治疗后,对照组SDS评分与NPIS评分明显不及观察组(P<0.05);两组均未见严重不良反应。结论:2型糖尿病痛性神经病变合并抑郁症患者行舒郁止痛饮联合盐酸氟西汀治疗的效果显著,值得推广。Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of resolve depression analgesic drink（Self side）combined fluoxetine hydrochloride in treatment of type 2 diabetes,pain neuropathy.Methods：60 cases of patients with liver depression and blood stasis type of type 2 diabetic painful neuropathy according to odd and even numbers method divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with fluoxetine hydrochloride.The treatment group was treated with resolve depression analgesic drink combined therapy with fluoxetine hydrochloride,the depressive symptoms,pain effect and prognosis were compared in two groups before and after treatment. Results：After treatment,the control group SDS score and NPIS score significantly less than group（P〈 0.05）;there were not serious adverse reaction in all two groups.Conclusion：Resolve depression analgesic drink in treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes painful neuropathy merger depression has significant effect and worthy of promotion.
