小阳汤治疗关节疼痛的讨论

摘　　要：目的:小阳汤治疗关节疼痛探讨。方法:用小阳汤方剂治疗关节疼。结果:纵观全方,补阴与温阳药合用,辛散与滋腻之品并行,补中寓散,使温散寒凝而不伤正,滋补精血而不恋邪,共奏助阳补血、温经散寒、除痰通滞之效,是治疗痈疽疮疡属阴证的著名方剂。正因为本方温阳补血、散寒通滞,用治阴疽,犹如离照当空,阴霾自散,可化阴凝而阳和,故以阳和名之。讨论:本方善治阴疽证痛本,多为阳虚血弱,寒凝痰滞,气血不畅,痹阻肌肉、筋骨、关节、经脉所致。营血虚弱,寒凝痰滞,气血不畅,故局部漫肿无头,皮色不变,酸痛无热,并见全身虚寒证候;寒为阴邪,故口不渴;舌淡苔白,脉沉细或沉迟,均为虚寒之象,治宜温阳补血以治其本,散寒通滞以疗其标。Objective：To discuss the curative effect of Xiaoyang Decoction on treatment of joint pain.Methods： Treating joint pain with Xiaoyang Decoction.Results：In this formula,yin and Yang drugs were used together,pungent and dispersing drugs parallelled greasy goods,so dispersing was contained in supplementing.All the drugs in the formula made it had the following characteristics：warming body and dispersing coagulation without injury,nourishing blood and essence without leaving evil, supplementing Yang and blood,warm through the cold, eliminating phlegm and stagnation.It is a famous prescription for treating superficial infection Yin syndrome. Because of its function of warming yang and nourishing blood,dispelling cold and unlocking blockage, so using it in treating Yin carbuncle just like haze dispersed when sun appeared.This is why it is called Yanghe Decoction. Discussion：This formula is good at treating Yin carbuncle which is caused by Yang deficiency,cold coagulation, weak blood, stagnation of phlegm,qi and blood, blockage in muscles,bones and joints. Weak blood,cold coagulation and phlegm stagnation can cause swollen head,unchanged color of skin, no heat, and other deficiency syndromes; cold belongs to yin evil,so there was no thirsty,but pale tongue with white fur,thready,slow or deep pulse appeared.All the symptoms were deficiency and cold syndroms.Warming Yang and nourishing blood should be adopted as the basic treatment and dispersing cold and unlocking blockage as the supplement.
