尿毒清颗粒辅助治疗慢性肾脏疾病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨尿毒清颗粒辅助治疗慢性肾脏疾病疗效。方法:选取2013年10月—2014年10月来我院治疗的80例慢性肾脏疾病患者作为研究对象,利用计算机软件把80例患者随机分成两组,观察组和对照组,每组40例。给予对照组患者低蛋白饮食治疗,观察组低蛋白饮食治疗基础上使用尿毒清颗粒,比较观察两组治疗效果。结果:观察组患者UA、SCr、BUN、CCr不同程度的改善,对照组UA、SCr、BUN、CCr改善较差,两组差异(P<0.05),存在统计学意义。结论:使用尿毒清辅助治疗慢性肾脏疾病疗效确切,应临床推广。Objective：To investigate the curative effect of Niao Du Qing granules on chronic kidney diseases.Methods：80 cases with chronic kidney diseases admitted to our hospital from October, 2013 to October, 2014 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups by computer software, an observation group and a control group, 40 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with low protein diet,while patients in the observation group were treated with Niao Du Qing granules on the basis of low protein diet. The effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results：UA,SCr,BUN,CCr of the observation group were improved to different degrees, while UA,SCr,BUN,CCr of the control group were poorly improved.The differences between the two groups were statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Niao Du Qing granules have accurate curative effect on chronic kidney disease,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
