胃食管反流病的中医内科治疗临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨胃食管反流病患者采用中医内科治疗手段的治疗效果。方法:对本院收治的120例胃食管反流病患者随机分成观察组和对照组,对照组采用西医治疗手段,观察组采用中医内科手段,治疗结束后对两组疗效进行对比分析。结果:治疗两个疗程后,观察组患者总体有效率(95%)高于对照组(80%),二者差别具有统计学意义。(P<0.05)结论:利用中医内科手段对胃食管反流病患者进行治疗能够取得良好的疗效,总体有效率明显提升,适合临床推广。Objective：To explore the gastroesophageal reflux disease using MCC the therapeutic effect of medical treatment. Methods： In our hospital treated 120 cases of gastroesophageal reflux disease randomly divided into observation group and control group, control group with western medicine treatment,the observation group USES the means of internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine, on two groups of curative effect after the treatment were analyzed.Results：After two courses of treatment,the observation group of patients overall efficient（95%） than the control group（80%）,the difference is statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：USES the means of TCM internal medicine treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease can obtain good curative effect,overall efficiency improved significantly, suitable for clinical widespread promotion.
