中药保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床观察及护理

摘　　要：目的:中药保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效及护理体会。方法:回顾性分析我院2014年1月—2015年1月收治的慢性盆腔炎患者80例的临床资料,对其采取中药保留灌肠治疗,并给予相应的护理措施。结果:本组全部患者,治愈58例(72.5%),好转17例(21.3%),总有效率为93.8%。结论:中药保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效确切,安全性高,效果明显,值得推广。Objective：TCM retention enema treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory effect and nursing.Methods：A retrospective analysis of our hospital in January 2014 to chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in January 2015 were treated 80 cases of clinical data, appropriate care measures as TCM retention enema and give.Results：All patients were cured 58 cases（72.5%）,improved in 17 cases（21.3%）,the total effective rate was 93.8%.Conclusion：TCM retention enema treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory efficacy,safety,the effect is obvious,it is worth promoting.
