针刺结合“三伏贴”治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:对针刺联合"三伏贴"在过敏性鼻炎的临床治疗效果进行观察。方法:择选2013年12月—2014年12月我院所收治的82例过敏性鼻炎患者作为观察对象,随机将其均分成单一组与联合组,其中单一组患者予以针刺治疗,而联合组予以针刺联合"三伏贴"治疗,且对其临床治疗的效果加以观察与比较。结果:联合组患者的总有效率(92.7%)显著高于单一组患者(87.8%),差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对过敏性鼻炎患者采取针刺联合"三伏贴"加以治疗,疗效明显,值得在临床上推行与使用。Objective：To observe the effect of acupuncture combined with Sanfu plaster in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods：82 cases with allergic rhinitis from December,2013 to December,2014 in our hospital were selected as objects and randomly divided into a single group and a combination group.The single group was treated with acupuncture,while the combination group was treated with acupuncture combined with Sanfu plaster.The clinical effects were observed and compared.Results：The total effective rate of the combination group（92.7%） was significantly higher than that of the single group（87.8%）.There was significantly different with statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Acupuncture combined with Sanfu plaster has obvious effect on allergic rhinitis,which is worthy of promotion and clinical application.
