摘　　要：目的:探析可动式胯关节外固定架结合有限内固定治疗肘部创伤的效果。方法:择取100例肘部创伤患者作为研究对象,以随机的方式进行分组。对照组的肘部创伤患者采取传统的钢板内固定治疗,实验组的肘部创伤患者使用可动式胯关节外固定架结合有限内固定进行治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果:实验组在肘部功能恢复情况上,较对照组明显要好;不良反应的发生率以及骨折愈合的时间较对照组明显要少,两组对比差异显著,P<0.05。结论:可动式胯关节外固定架结合有限内固定治疗肘部创伤的效果好,可以有效促进肘部功能的恢复,值得推广。Objective： To explore the effects of movable trans-articulation external fixator combined with limited internal fixation on elbow trauma.Methods：100 cases of elbow trauma were selected as research objects and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was adopted with traditional steel plate internal fixation treatment,while the experimental group was treated with movable trans-articulation external fixator combined with limited internal fixation,to compare effects of the two groups.Results：The experimental group showed more favorable elbow function recovery and spent shorter time for recovery than the control group with less incidence of adverse reaction,showing significant differences,P〈 0.05.Conclusion：The effects of movable trans-articulation external fixator combined with limited internal fixation on elbow trauma are good that can effectively enhance the recovery of elbow function,which is worthy of promoting.
