摘　　要：新的SOLAS 2009破舱稳性规则于2009年1月1日正式生效。论文针对破舱稳性要求更为严格的新规则,对影响各分舱指数的因素进行分析,并基于FORAN软件对某科考船进行概率破舱计算。最后,对FORAN软件在船舶破舱稳性计算过程中的优势及特点进行分析,以期对其它船舶总体设计与破舱稳性分析提供参考。A new regulation of probabilistic damage stability in SOLAS became effective in January 1 st, 2009. Considering more strict requirements ofprobabilistic damage stability in the new regulation, the probabilistic damage stability calculation based on software FORAN is introduced in this paper. An example is introduced and the factor of subdivision index is analyzed. The method may serve as a reference for other ships design and probabilistic damage stability analysis.
