摘　　要：半潜式平台作为一种非常重要的移动式结构物,由于环境条件的恶劣、作业的特殊要求,其安全性至关重要(特别是平台本身的稳性)。通过对某大型半潜式平台进行完整稳性和破舱稳性的研究,论文介绍了半潜式平台稳性计算的规范以及半潜式平台在各工况下的完整与破舱稳性,并对相关技术要点进行了深入探讨,提高了海洋工程产品的设计研发能力。Semi-submersible unit is operated in severe environment. It is important to analyze the safety and stability of the unit for offshore oil and gas exploration. Based on the related rules to stability analysis the intact and damage stability of semi-submersible unit is researched and relative critical points are discussed for improving development ability to offshore engineering.
