摘　　要：目的 评价结肠透析联合快速加压冲管法校正腹膜透析导管移位的疗效,并进行文献综述.方法 分析在2013年1月至2014年12月我院收治的腹膜透析伴导管功能障碍患者6例次的临床资料,行立位腹平片确诊为导管移位,采用结肠透析联合快速加压冲管法治疗,观察治疗效果并复查X线平片判断导管复位情况.结果 5例次患者治疗后导管功能恢复且导管复位,1例次患者治疗失败.结论 结肠透析联合快速加压冲管治疗腹透管移位操作简单、安全有效,值得在临床上广泛推广应用.Objective To evaluate the effect of colon dialysis combined with rapid pressurization flushing correcting peritoneal dialysis catheter displacement.Methods Clinical data of 6 patients with peritoneal dialysis catheter dysfunction in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2014 was analyzed.Catheter displacement was diagnosed by stand abdominal plain film inspection.Rapid pressurization flushing and colon dialysis were applied to patients.Evaluated therapeutic effect with stand abdominal plain film inspection.Results 5 patients＇ catheters were unobstructed and successfully reset.1 patient failed to treatment.Conclusion Colon dialysis combined with rapid pressurizing flushing has safe and effective advantages in correcting peritoneal dialysis catheter displacement,worthy of wide application in clinical.
