摘  要:为了揭示某船舵机电动机起动过程中断路器跳闸和烧损的故障机理,分析和比较了断路器瞬时保护电磁脱扣器在单相电流和两相电流下的动作关系,给出了断路器烧损的原因为起动电流大于触头斥开电流。针对具有高倍数瞬时保护电流的断路器,提出了断路器单相电流下电磁脱扣器动作电流须小于触头斥开电流。For analyzing the mechanism of tripping and burning fault of a circuit breaker occurred during the starting process of motors in ship steering engine, the different actions of the electromagnetic trip device for instantaneous protection in circuit breaker under single-phase current or two-phase current were analyzed and compared. The reason of burning fault of circuit breaker was clarified as that the starting current is greater than the separation current of repulsion contactor. For the circuit breaker with high transient protection current,it is suggested that the action current of the electromagnetic trip device in circuit breakers under single-phase current condition must be less than the separation current of repulsion contactor.
