经尿道双极气化治疗前列腺增生的效果探讨

摘　　要：目的观察分析经尿道行双极气化(TURP)治疗前列腺增生(BPH)的疗效。方法本组120例患者为我科2012年3月至2014年3月间的BPH患者,均行TURP切除治疗,将手术后3个月患者的最大尿流量(Qmax)、I-PSS平均分值与术前加以比较,观察疗效情况。结果术前3 h测得患者平均Qmax为(5.4±2.3)m L/s,术后3个月测时发现平均Qmax为(21.3±3.8)m L/s,增大明显(P<0.05),而患者的I-PSS评分也由术前的(23.7±2.5)分降至(4.5±1.3)分,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论 TURP术切除前列腺具有出血量小、安全有效的特点,其为BPH的最佳治疗方法之一,应用前景广阔。Objective To observe the curative effect of the treatment for prostatic hyperplasia（BPH） by transurethral bipolar vaporization（TURP）. Methods Choosing 120 BPH patients in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2014,TURP resection treatment. After the operation for three months, comparing the patient＇s maximum urinary flow rate（Qmax） and I- PSS average score with the preoperative, observation curative effect. Results The patients with preoperative 3 h measured average Qmax of m L/s（5.4±2.3）, postoperative march the average Qmax was（21.3±3.8） m L/s, increased significantly（P〈 0.05）, and I-PSS score decreased from preoperative（23.7±2.5） points to（4.5±1.3） and significant difference（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion TURP surgery resection of the prostate gland has the characteristics of little blood loss, safe and effective, it is one of the best treatment of BPH, broad application prospect.
