计划生育服务站避孕环放置人群的心理变化与护理干预

摘　　要：目的总结计划生育服务站避孕环放置人群的心理变化,探讨护理干预的应用效果。方法选取茌平县计划生育服务站2013年1月-12月期间100例避孕环放置的人群作为对照组,自2014年1月开始给予综合护理干预,选取2014年1月-12月期间100例人群作为观察组,对护理干预的实施结果进行评价。结果放置前两组女性人群的SAS评分与SDS评分均无统计学差异,具有可比性（P〉0.05）;放置后,观察组心理状态比较稳定,对照组SAS与SDS评分显著上升,均显著高于干预前与观察组,均有统计学差异（P〈0.05）;放置1周后,观察组SAS与SDS评分有下降趋势,均显著低于对照组同期水平,均有统计学差异（P〈0.05）。观察组人群对整个护理操作的满意度达到97%,显著高于对照组70%,有统计学差异（P〈0.05）。结论开展护理干预活动,有利于避孕环放置人群焦虑抑郁情绪的消除,有利于提高护理服务的满意度,值得在护理工作中借鉴使用。Objective To summarize the family planning service stations placed IUD psychological changes of people, to explore the application effect of nursing intervention. Methods The Chiping county family planning service station in 2013 January-12 months 100 cases of IUD placed people as control group, since 2014 January began to give comprehensive nursing intervention, as the observation group from 2014 January-12 months in 100 cases of nursing intervention group, the results were evaluated. Results There was no significant difference in two groups of women placed before the SAS score and SDS score, comparable（P〉 0.05）; after placement, observation group psychological state is relatively stable, the control group SAS and SDS were significantly increased, were significantly higher than before the intervention and observation group, difference was statistically significant（P0.05）; placed 1 weeks later, group SAS and SDS score were decreased, the level of the same period were significantly lower than the control group, difference was statistically significant（P〈 0.05）. The observation group satisfaction to the nursing operation reached 97%, significantly higher than that of the control group was 70%, there was significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion Nursing intervention activities, helps get rid of anxiety and depression among IUD placed, is conducive to the improvement of nursing service satisfaction, worthy of use in nursing work.
