输液器具致莫菲滴管液面下降的护理探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨使用不同输液器具输液时莫菲管(以下简称滴管)液面自行下降的发生机制、护理策略。方法使用不同的输液器具进行输液实验,观察分析使用不同输液器、不同的输液护理方式输液时滴管液面的变化。结果不同的输液器具、不同的输液护理方式与输液时滴管液面自行下降密切相关,优选输液器具,完善输液护理,可有效防范滴管液面自行下降事件发生。结论输液时莫菲管液面自行下降临床上时有发生,是严重的医疗安全隐患,输液护理方式、不同输液器具与其发生率密切相关。Objective To explore the mechanism and nursing strategy of the surface decline in Murphy＇s dropper（hereinafter referred to as the dropper） when using different infusion apparatus. Methods Different infusion apparatus was used in transfusion experiments. We observed and analyzed the changes of the surface in the dropper while using different infusion apparatus, different transfusion nursing ways. Results Using different infusion apparatus, different transfusion nursing ways was closely related to the surface decline in the dropper while transfusion, which could be effectively prevented by choosing better infusion apparatus, improving transfusion nursing. Conclusions The surface decline in Murphy＇s dropper occurred on clinical from time to time.It is a serious medical safety hazard. Different infusion apparatus and different transfusion nursing ways were closely related to its incidence.
