摘 要:目的 对比数字钢板及锁定钢板治疗膝、踝关节周围骨折的临床疗效。方法 选取采用数字钢板及锁定钢板治疗的膝、踝关节周围骨折31例。分为数字钢板组11例和锁定钢板组20例。比较2组病例术后膝、踝关节功能情况以评定疗效,膝关节采用Neer评分标准,踝关节采用Baired-Jackson评分标准。结果 数字钢板组随访12~18个月,锁定钢板组随访12~16个月,所有病例均显示骨折愈合。数字钢板组优良率为90.9%。锁定钢板组优良率为90.0%。结论 数字钢板治疗膝、踝关节周围骨折疗效肯定,对于治疗复杂关节周围骨折具有良好前景。Objective To compare the clinic effect of digital plate and locking plate on treatment of fractures around knee and ankle joints. Methods A total of 31 patients with fractures around knee and ankle joints were selected, and they were divided into digital plate group (n = 11) and locking plate group ( n = 20). The post - operative therapeutic effects were compared between two groups according to Neer and Baired - Jackson scoring systems for knee and ankle joints. Results The digital plate group was followed up for 12 to 18 months, and the locking plate group was followed up for 12 to 16 months. All fractures healed. In digital plate group, the good to excellent rate was 90.9 %. In locking plate group, the good to excellent rate was 90.0 %. Conclusion Digital plate can achieve positive outcomes for fractures around knee and ankle joints, and it has a good prospect in the treatment of complex fractures around joints.
