欠发达地区城镇化与城乡收入差距——基于甘肃省的经验检验

摘　　要：近年来,中国经历了城镇化的快速发展,但同时也面临着城乡差距日益拉大的困境。由于经济落后,欠发达地区城镇实力弱小,城镇化与收入差距之间的关系复杂。利用甘肃省2006—2012年78个县级面板数据,采用ESDA方法及空间面板计量,测度甘肃省城镇化与城乡收入差距的关系,结论为:1从时间维度,2006—2012年全省城乡收入差距总体呈下降趋势,城镇化率总体呈上升趋势。2从空间维度,城镇化与城乡收入差距存在明显的空间集聚特征,但城镇化率空间集聚程度弱于城乡收入差距。城乡收入差距以"HH"型和"LL"型集聚为主;而城镇化集聚特征以"LL"型为主,集聚程度变化不明显。3应用空间面板模型检验两者的关系,发现甘肃省城镇化与城乡收入差距关系不密切,需要针对各县区实施不同的城镇化方略。The urbanization in China entered rapid developed period,meanwhile,the gap between urban and rural areas was widening. In the underdeveloped areas,economic backwardness,low level of urbanization. The relationship between the urbanization and the income gap was more complex. Based on the county level panel data from 2006 to 2012 in Gansu,this paper focused on the impact of urbanization on urban-rural income gap by manipulating the spatial econometrics and spatial autocorrelation analysis. The results showed as follows： Firstly,from the time dimension of view,Gansu＇s urban-rural income gap decreased in 2006-2012,however,urbanization rate continued to show an upward tendency. Secondly,from the spatial dimension of view,the changing curve of Moran＇s I indicated that Gansu＇ s urban-rural income gap had a continued strengthening tendency of spatial agglomeration at county scale,and the spatial agglomeration degree of urbanization rate was weaker than the income gap between urban and rural areas. As for the income gap between urban and rural areas,high-high type and low-low type as the main type,low-low type was the main type of urbanization rate. Thirdly,according to the analysis of spatial panel econometric model,the relationship of urbanization and the income gap between urban and rural areas was not close. In different areas,we should implement the different urbanization modes.
