摘  要:在0.01~100 MHz范围内,使用交流电阻抗方法测量了人胃上皮GES-1细胞悬浮液的介电谱,通过介电谱的实部和虚部以及复平面图的分析,观察体积分数对GES-1细胞介电谱特性的影响.结果表明GES-1细胞的介电行为具有3个特征:(1)频率依赖性,即随电场频率的增加,其介电常数增量(Δε=ε-εh)减小,电导率增量(Δκ=κ-κL)增加;(2)体积分数依存性,即当体积分数增加时,介电常数最大增量(Δεmax)、电导率最大增量(Δκmax)和峰值(P1、P2、P3)随之增加;(3)具有3个特征频率(f1、f2、f3),分别来源于细胞膜(f1)、细胞核膜(f2)和细胞核仁(f3).Dielectric spectroscopy of human gastric epithelial (GES-1) cell suspensions is measured using the AC impedance method at the frequency ranging from 0.1 MHz to 100 MHz, and the effect of cell volume fraction on dielectric spectral properties of GES- 1 cell suspensions is observed with the real and imaginary part of dielectric spectra and the complex plane plots. The results show three characteristics of the dielectric behavior of GES-1 cell: (1)The frequency dependence that is the permittivity increment(△ε=ε-εh) decreases, while the conductivity increment (△x-=κh-κL) increases along with the increase of frequency in the whole range; (2)The volume fraction dependence with the maximum permittivity increment (△κmax=κh-κL), the maximum conductivity increment (△κmax=κh-κL) and spectral peak (Pj, P2, P3) increase along with the increase of cellular volume fraction; (3)Three characteristic frequencies of Dielectric relaxation (f1, f2, f3) are identified originating from the cell membrane (f1), nuclear membrane (f2) and cell nucleolus (f3).
