摘　　要：为提升宁波市道路货物运输市场供需双方交易效率,防范恶性价格竞争,改善行业监管,设计了宁波市道路货物运输价格指数体系及相应的基础数据采集方法和运价指数计算方法.实际数据测试结果表明,所设计的层次化运价指数体系不但能够充分体现宁波市道路货物运输市场特点,而且有助于为不同用户从不同角度提供个性化的信息服务;所设计的基础数据采集方法和指数计算方法能够保证宁波市道路货物运输价格指数的科学性、可靠性和实用性.In order to promote supply-demand trading efficiency, and to prevent malignant price competition and improve industry regulatory decision-making in Ningbo road cargo transport market, a freight index system of Ningbo road cargo transport, and the corresponding basic data acquisition as well as freight index calculation, are designed. The test results show that： （1） The newly formulated hierarchical freight index system can well reflect the characteristics of Ningbo road cargo transport market and benefit users in obtaining personalized information; （2） The proposed basic data acquisition and freight index calculation are able to ensure scientific validation, reliability and practicality of Ningbo road freight indexing systems.
