摘  要:采用玄武岩纤维、玻璃纤维和丙纶长丝为原料,讨论了玄武岩/丙纶包缠复合线和玻璃纤维/丙纶包缠复合纱线的制备,以及由复合线制成的不同纤维混杂比例和不同组织结构的预制件经热压成型的纤维混杂复合材料的制备,并测试了纤维混杂复合材料的抗冲击性能。试验结果表明:随着丙纶体积分数的增加,复合材料的抗冲击性能呈现出先增强后减弱的趋势,其中当丙纶体积分数为59%时,复合材料的抗冲击性能最好;平纹、3D正交结构、3D准正交以及3D角联锁结构的复合材料中,平纹预制件的复合材料的抗冲击性能相对较好。合适的纤维混杂比例和组织结构能很大程度地提高复合材料的抗冲击性。The basalt fiber,glass fiber and polypropylene filament yarn were used as raw materials.The preparation of basalt/polypropylene filament wrapped composite yarn and glass fiber/polypropylene filament wrapped composite yarn as well as preparation of hybrid fiber composites made through hot press modeling with preformed parts with different fiber hybrid proportions and different organization structures were discussed.in addition,the impact resistance property of hybrid fiber composite was tested.The experimental result shows that the impact property of the composite materials first increases and then decreases as the rise in volume fraction of polypropylene fiber;when volume fraction of polypropylene fiber is 59%,the impact property of the composite materials is the best;among the composites of plain weave,3D orthogonal structure,3D quasi-orthogonal and 3D angle interlock structure,the impact property of plain weave preformed composite is relatively good.Appropriate fiber hybrid proportion and organization structure can to a large extent improve impact resistance property of composites.
