摘 要:陇东油田调剖技术经历了单井调剖、井组区块调剖和油藏整体调剖3个阶段,根据发展现状,提出了配套技术及工艺改进措施。研究油藏的渗流规律,掌握了655口井见水方向,根据不同类型窜流通道,优选出适合的堵剂体系,针对油藏物性特点调整段塞设计及用量,应用PI决策技术和IPI值进行选井。从2005年推广堵水调剖技术以来,共完井208口,其中对应油井1139口,见效井519口,累计增油51907t,单井含水率最大降幅达到60%,为陇东油田后期稳产起到了重要技术指导作用。In Longdong Oilfield,the profile control experienced 3stages of single well profile control,well group profile control and integrated profile control of the whole reservoir.According to the current situation,the matching technology and process improvement were put forward.The reservoir seepage law was studied,the water breakthrough direction of655 wells was clarified,according to the different types of channeling paths,an appropriate plugging agent system was chosen.Based on the reservoir physical property and adjusted slug design and dosage,PI decision technology and IPI were used for well selection.Since the promotion of water plugging and profile control technology in 2005,208 wells have been completed,of which the corresponding wells are 1139,effective wells are 519,the cumulative oil increment is51907 t,single well water cut decrease is up to 60%,it provides an important technical guidance for stable production in Longdong Oilfield.
