摘　　要：文章介绍2008年版《美国图书馆互借实施规则》的特色、美国馆际互借的保障条件;分析我国图书馆馆际互借存在的问题;提出我国应借鉴美国馆际互借的经验,制定中国图书馆馆际互借规则,加大政府扶持,构建紧密的图书馆联盟,开展无中介馆际互借。This paper introduces the features of 2008 edition of USA Interlibrary Loan Implementation Rules; analyzes the problems existing in the interlibrary loan of our country; and proposes that Chinese libraries should learn from the experience of the United States interlibrary loan, formulate our interlibrary loan rules, increase government support, build strong consortia, and carry out unmediated interlibrary loan.
