摘　　要：CAD/CAE/CAM技术已成为新一代生产技术发展的核心技术,正朝着集成化的方向发展。为了实现CAD/CAE/CAM软件系统的集成应用,在UG软件平台应用UG二次开发技术实现CAD/CAE/CAM的软件集成方法,包括在UG软件界面集成CAE软件启动菜单,配置软件UG与VERICUT的接口NXV及其应用。实现了软件的物理集成与信息集成,即在UG软件界面启动CAE软件,UG与VERICUT两个软件之间实现数据传递。集成的软件系统将不同软件有机结合,统一执行控制程序,保证信息畅通传递,提高了技术人员的工作效率和企业的生产效益。CAD / CAE / CAM technology has become the core technology to develop the new generation of production technology,and it developes in the direction for integration. In order to realize integrated application of CAD / CAE / CAM software system,methods of the integration of CAD / CAE / CAM software were realized based on using technology of redevelopment of UG on software platform,including adding startup menu of CAE software into the interface of UG software,and configuring the interface NXV between UG and VERICUT together with its application. Physical integration and information integration of software were realized. Namely,CAE software was launched in UG interface,and data was achieved to transfer between software of UG and VERICUT. In integrated software system,different software were combined together organically. Control program is executed uniformly and fluent information transfer is guaranteed,which improve work efficiency of the technician and production benefit of the enterprise.
