摘 要:本文利用等速肌力测试数据,根据髌股关节三维生物力学模型,分析Cybex等速测力对不同Q角髌股关节作用力的影响。指出慢速测试对髌股应力影响最大,随速度加快而减小。Q角大小主要影响髌股剪切力,并使髌股合力方向改变,应力分布不均匀,理论上还可造成髌骨的旋转。结果对膝关节等速测试和康复方法的设计有指导意义。CybexⅡ^+不仅可用于肌力测试,还可用于关节力学分析。The data of isokinetic quadriceps movement measured by a CybexⅡ^+ dynamometer were used to study the effect of Cybex isokinetic measurement on the patellofemoral joint reactive force(PFJRF) with different Q-angle, according to a three-dimensional biomechanical model of the patillofemoral joint. It was reported that PFJRF was in its maximum during slow speed isokinitic muscle measurement and deereased gradually with the increasing speed. The magnitude of Q-angle effected the results significantly. The shear force (Fs) of patellofemoral joint and the change of resultant compressive force (R) direction weald result in the un-uniform distribution of patillofenoral stress and the rotation of patilla in sulcus theortically. The result might be helpful to designing the method of isokenetic measurement and rehabilitation of the knee joint. Not only could the CybexⅡ^+ dynamometer be used in isokinetic muscle measurement, but also in the study of joint biomechanics.
