摘  要:随着高校教育事业的飞速发展,如何利用现有的卫星电视资源、FTP云存储资源、高速网络带宽资源来丰富师生们的课余生活成了加强高校自身建设、提高竞争力的重要课题。文章结合我校现有网络环境和信息资源,提出了基于B/S技术的校园网络视频系统设计方案,并利用中心服务器平台对音频资源进行编码、压缩处理。测试证明,该设计有效地解决了设备间跨平台交互的问题,实现了卫星电视转播、高清视频现场直播和FTP资源点播三大功能,对提高校园宽带利用率及构建数字化校园具有重要的意义。With the rapid development of education in colleges and universities, how to make use of existing resources, such as satellite TV, FTP cloud storage and high-speed network bandwidth, to enrich the after-school lives of teachers and studentsis becoming an important issue to strengthen self-construction of colleges and universities, as well as to improve the competitiven- ess. In this paper, due to the existing network environment and information resources of our university, a campus network video system design based on B/S technology is proposed, in which the audio resources are coded and compressed by using the middle tier. Testing proved that this design solved the problems of the cross-platform interaction between devices in a reliable way, and achieved three big functions, which are to rebroadcast of satellite television, to live broadcast high-definition video and to play video of the FTP resources on demand. Besides, it is of great significance to the improve the utilization of campus broadband and to the construction of digital campus.
