摘  要:为揭示高锰诱导甘蔗幼苗缺铁失绿机制,对锰胁迫下植株中铁含量、分布、活性及其与尼克酰胺、多酚、抗坏血酸含量的关系进行了探讨。结果表明,在锰胁迫下幼叶中铁的含量显著减少,而茎中铁含量却显著增加。根和茎中铁的总积累量也随着锰处理浓度的增加而显著增加。相反,茎提取液对高铁的还原力和根、茎、叶中尼克酰胺的含量却随着锰处理浓度(250-750μmol/L MnCl2)的增加而显著降低。在缺铁高锰培养液中添加尼克酰胺后,幼叶中铁和叶绿素含量均显著增加。另一方面,高锰胁迫下幼叶中活性铁和抗坏血酸含量也显著降低。这些结果表明,高锰影响甘蔗幼苗中铁的含量、分布和活性,而尼克酰胺、多酚、抗坏血酸、茎中铁的还原力降低可能是影响幼叶中铁的含量和活性的重要因素。The content,distribution and activity of Fe and their associations with nicotianamine(NA),phenols,ascorbic acid(AsA)under excess Mn stress were investigated to elucidate the mechanisms for excess manganese(Mn)induced-iron(Fe)deficiency in sugarcane seedlings.The results showed that Fe content in young leaves decreased significantly under excess Mn stress,while Fe content in the stems increased significantly.The accumulation of Fe in roots and stems increased significantly with the concentration of Mn increasing.On the contrary,the acttivity of ferric(Fe3 + )reduction in hydrochloric acid-extracted solution of stems and the NA content in roots,stems and leaves all decreased significantly with the increase of Mn supplying(250-750 μmol/L).The content of chlorophyll and Fe in young leaves increased significantly after adding NA to the nutrient solution containted excess Mn and low Fe.On the other hand,the active-Fe and As A contents in young leaves decreased under excess Mn stress.These results indicated that excess Mn affected the content,distribution and activity of Fe in sugarcane seedlings,while the reductions of NA,phenols and As A along with the suppression of Fe3 + reducing activity may be the key factors affecting the content and activity of Fe in the young leaves.
