摘 要:以水稻细菌性条斑病菌为供试菌,对12种植物甲醇提取物进行离体抑菌活性测定,发现霸王鞭和佛甲草的甲醇提取物抑菌活性最好。分别采用菌丝生长速率法和抑菌圈法测定了佛甲草甲醇提取物对6种植物病原细菌和12种病原菌物的抑制作用,发现该提取物对5种供试细菌有抑制作用,其中对水稻细菌性条斑病菌的抑菌活性最强,抑菌圈直径达到21.67mm;对8种病原菌物有一定的抑制作用,对4种病原菌物菌丝的生长具有促进作用。以浓度为300mg/mL的佛甲草甲醇提取物对水稻细菌性条斑病进行离体和盆栽防治试验,先喷药后接种,离体和盆栽的防治效果分别为85.19%和66.67%;先接种后喷药,离体和盆栽的防治效果分别为69.63%和57.65%。研究结果初步证实,佛甲草中含有强烈抑制水稻细菌性条斑病菌的抑菌物质。The methanol extracts of 12 plants were tested for inhibiting the growth of Xanthomonas oryzae pv.oryzicola in vitro.The results showed that the methanol extracts of Euphorbia royleana and Sedum lineare had the highest antimicrobial activity against the pathogen.By means of mycelium growth rate and inhibitory zones method respectively,the antimicrobial activity of S.lineare methanol extracts on 12 plant pathogenic fungi and 6 bacteria was studied.The results showed that S.lineare methanol extracts had inhibitory effects on the growth of 5 bacteria,and had the strongest inhibition on X.oryzae pv.oryzicola,the inhibitory diameter reached 21.67 mm.S.lineare methanol extracts could inhibit the growth of 8 tested fungi,and promote the mycelium growth of 4 plant pathogenic fungi.When the rice treated with S.lineare methanol extracts at concentration of 300 mg/m L before spraying the bacteria,the control effects in vitro and in pot were 85.19% and 66.67%,respectively.When the rice treated with S.lineare methanol extracts at concentration of 300 mg/m L before spraying the pathogen,the control effects were 69.63% and 57.65%,respectively.It was demonstrated that S.lineare contained some substances which had strong antimicrobial activity against X.oryzae pv.oryzicola.
