摘 要:为了研究南海紫海胆(Anthocidaris crassispina)野生群体的形态差异,分别从广东大亚湾、鹅公湾、海陵岛、南澳岛和广西涠洲岛以及福建宁德的6个海域采集了紫海胆,运用单因子方差分析、差异系数法、聚类分析和判别分析4种多元分析方法对6者的6项形态参数进行比较研究。单因子方差分析结果表明,涠洲岛群体(WZ)与各群体间的6个形态指标均具有显著差异,且与海陵岛群体(HL)的差异系数达种间水平;聚类分析结果表明,大亚湾群体(DY)、鹅公湾群体(EG)和南澳岛群体(NA)形态最接近,涠洲岛群体(WZ)和宁德群体(ND)与其他群体形态相差最远;判别分析结果中,判别准确率为47.8%-86%,综合判别率为65.3%。4种分析结果均表明,可能由于地理隔离和环境因素的差别,不同地理位置的紫海胆群体间已产生了一定程度的形态差异。In order to study the morphological variations in Anthocidaris crassispina populations from South China Sea,six populations collected from Daya Bay,Egong Bay,Hailing Island and Nan'ao Island in Guangdong province,Weizhou Island in Guangxi province and Ningde city in Fujian province were analyzed.Six morphometric traits were measured and the degree of morphological variation among populations was calculated using four multivariate analysis methods.The results of one-way ANOVA indicated that the six morphometric traits of Weizhou Island population were significantly different from those of other five populations.Coefficient of difference analysis showed that the difference between Weizhou Island population and Hailing Island population reached the interspecific level.Cluster analysis showed that the morphometric characters of Daya Bay population,Egong Bay population and Nan'ao population were more similar to the Hailing population.The most divergent populations were those populations of Ningde and Weizhou Island.Discriminant analysis results indicated that the identification accuracy of A.crassispina was 47.8%-86%,and the total discriminant accuracy was 65.3%. All results supported that there were some differences among A.crassispina populations on morphological characters due to the geographical isolation and different environmental factors.
