正压无针连接式留置针的临床应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨正压无针连接式留置针的临床应用效果。方法随机抽取新疆医科大学第一附属医院干部病房外科静脉输液的患者131例,随机分为试验组(66例,使用正压无针式连接留置针)和对照组(65例,使用普通的正压无针式留置针),比较两组患者输液过程中堵管、液体渗出、留置时间、静脉炎发生、护理工作时间及护理人员针刺伤发生等指标。结果试验组患者堵管率低于对照组,留置时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者液体渗出率及静脉炎发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组护理工作时间及针刺伤发生率均高于试验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论正压无针连接式留置针可以节省操作时间,降低了护士职业风险,同时还能保证患者的输液安全,减轻患者的痛苦及负担,值得在临床广泛推广使用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of indwelling needle of positive pressure without nee-dle.Methods 131 cases of patients with intravenous infusion were randomly selected and divided into ex-perimental group （with connecting indwelling needle of positive pressure）and the control group （with in-dwelling needle of common positive pressure）.The two groups were observed during infusion;the data of pipe blocking,exudation,indwelling time,phlebitis,nursing operation time and the nursing staff of needle stick injury index were analyzed and compared by statistical methods.Results The plugging rate in the experimental group was found lower than that of the control group,and the indwelling time higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）.There was no statistical-ly significant difference in liquid leakage and phlebitis between the two groups （P 〉0.05）.The nursing time and acupuncture incidence in the control group were found higher than that in the experimental group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion It proved that the connecting retaining needle of positive pressure can save opera-tion time,reduce the nursing risk,ensure the safety of transfusion and alleviate pain and burden of pa-tients,which deserved clinical application and promotion.
