浙商回归视角下浙江产业转型升级的实效性研究

摘　　要：近年来,浙江省通过政府大力引导,出台相关政策以及采取有效措施等吸引浙商回归。实证分析显示,浙商回归工程的资金引入对产业结构的转型有促进作用,资金的引入逐步将浙江产业结构推向"三二一"的模式;同时,浙商回归可以对各产业内部进行优化,使整个产业结构得到调整。通过借力浙商回归,引导浙江产业结构转型升级,政府还需要采取相应的政策措施,重视地域特色经济,合理发展三次产业,以更有效地促进产业转型与升级,使浙江经济在未来发展道路上越来越好。Zhejiang government has taken Zhejiang Merchants Return as top engineering in recent years. Through government guidance and effective measures, it attracts the investment. The results of empirical analysis show that the project can transform industrial structure, lead the industrial structure to form ＂3＋2＋1＂ model. At the same time, it optimizes the adjustment of industrial structure. The government needs to take corresponding measures, and pays attention to the geographical characteristics of the economy and reasonable development of the three industries, and effectively promotes the transformation and upgrading of industry of Zhejiang.
