农民工休闲困境及突围探析

摘　　要：作为经济转型时期的特殊社会群体,农民工面临了"钱""闲"双缺,休闲旅游工具化,休闲空间和社交双重封闭,休闲消费吝啬,休闲满意度低与休闲态度代际差异明显等困境;该困境作为城市化进程中的一大问题将长期存在,而其突围需要政府主导,企业负责,社区参与,商业支持以及媒体引导的多方协调及全民参与。As a special group during the economic transiton, the leisure tourism of migrant workers is facing such dilammas as the lack of both time and money, the instrument in leisure tourism, the binary blokage in leisure and social communication, the stinginess, the low satisfaction and the clear generation gap in attitudes towards leisure industry. As a major problem in the process of urbanization, the dilemma will exist for a long time. The breakthrough needs government lead, enterprises accountability, community participation, commercial support, and media guiding.
