津沽学院图书文献资料虚拟馆藏建设的研究

摘　　要：随着科技的不断进步,互联网逐渐在人们的生活中无所不在,高校图书馆的馆藏建设也要跟上时代的步伐。在新时代网络环境下,图书馆的馆藏已不仅限于其物理"占有"的实体资源,也应该包括它所能提供的一切可为用户服务的信息,形成"实体馆藏"与"虚拟馆藏"并存的局面,由此构成高校图书馆的信息资源体系。互联网的发展为图书馆提供了一个契机,网络资源内容丰富、形式多样,且大多为免费资源,加大开发与利用力度,并使其成为"虚拟馆藏"对当代高校图书馆建设具有现实意义。With the development of science and technology, the Internet has become omnipresent in people＇s lives. Univer- sity libraries should keep pace with the times in the construction of library collections. In the network environment, library resources include not only the physical ones, but also all information accessible to readers. With the coexisting pattern oI both ＂entity collections＂ and ＂virtual collections＂, a new information resource system in university libraries has been formed. The progress of the Internet provides an opportunity for the construction of libraries. As the Internet resources are rich in content and diversified in forms, and more importantly, most of them are free, this paper suggests making full use of them to build a digital library. It will have realistic significance on the construction of university libraries.
