摘  要:低速大功率交流电机是指转速低于500r/min、功率在兆瓦级以上的电机,主要应用在大型水轮发电机、永磁同步风力发电机以及大型矿井提升直驱和大型船舶主推进等场合,在国民经济中占有重要的位置。针对其传统制造过程中存在的加工、装配和维护困难等问题,提出了一种新型模块组合式定子结构。在研究定子分块规则的基础上,通过计算每极每相槽数q不同时定子独立模块所需最小槽数,以及对应情况下的绕组分布系数、短距系数和削弱谐波次数,从绕组利用率和削弱谐波能力方面总结出了对于该种电机而言每极每相槽数q的选取方法。最后搭建试验台,对样机进行了实验,实验结果表明了分块规律的正确性以及模块组合式定子结构的可行性,为进一步研究奠定了基础。LSHP( Low-Speed and High-Power) AC machine refers to the machines of speed below 300 r / min and power above mega-watt. They are mainly used for the large hydro-generator,direct drive permanent magnet synchronous wind power generator,large mine direct drive and large ship's main propulsion,etc,and occupy an important position in the national economy. Aiming at the problems existing in the traditional manufacturing procedures of the processing,assembly and maintenance,a LSHP AC machine with module combination stator was put forward. By studying the partitioning principle of stator,calculating the winding coefficient,weakening harmonics number and the minimum number of slots that the independent modules required with different q,the method of q selection was summarized from the rate of winding utilization and the ability of harmonics weakened. At last,a testplatform was built and the experiment was carried out of the model machine. The results showed that the correctness of partitioning principle and feasibility of modular stator structure,which laid a foundation for the further study.
