关于景德镇构建现代工业体系问题的思考

摘　　要：构建现代工业体系是景德镇转变经济增长方式,提升承接产业转移水平,赢得新一轮经济增长主动权,发挥自身优势,提高工业国际竞争力的必然选择。通过实证分析,得到景德镇工业化发展水平相对较低的结论。还存在高技术产业发展相对落后,经济增长质量和经济效率水平低,技术创新能力薄弱,产业体系融合性较差等问题。提出大力发展高新技术产业和先进制造业,企业加快自主创新,培育核心竞争力,积极构建公共服务平台,加强基础设施建设,充分发挥政府宏观调控作用等推动景德镇构建现代工业体系的对策建议。The modern industrial system building is the mode of economic growth transformation,as well as the way of the level of industrial transfer enhancement so as to help Jingdezhen to win a new round of economic growth initiative,play its advan-tage,and improve the international competitiveness of industry.Through the empirical analysis,we found the level of industri-alization in Jingdezhen is relatively lower than the other cities in Jiangxi Province.There are some problems,such as the rela-tively backward of the high -tech industry and the low quality of economic growth,as well as the low level of economic efficien-cy,together with the weak technological innovation capability and the integration industrial system.Finally,we propose to de-velop the high -tech industries and advanced manufacturing,to speed up the independent innovation of the enterprises,to cul-tivate the core competitiveness,actively build a public service platform,strengthen infrastructure construction,give full play of the role of the government’s macro -control to promote Jingdezhen to build a modern industrial system.
