摘　　要：ISO 14001是目前应用最为广泛的环境管理体系标准,而EMAS是欧盟法令发布的自愿性环境管理工具。本文围绕环境绩效、环境评审、环境因素、信息公开、全面合规性、员工参与等方面,分析ISO 14001和EMAS两种环境管理工具的相关性和主要差异,为组织从ISO 14001升级至EMAS提供参考。ISO14001 is currently the most widely used environmental management system standard, while EMAS is a voluntary environmental management tool released by EU legislation. Centering on the aspects of environmental performance, environmental assessment, environmental factors, information disclosure, compliance, employee involvement, etc., the paper analyzes the correlation of the two major differences between ISO14001 and EMAS environmental management tools, providing reference for organizations to upgrade from ISO 14001 to EMAS.
