摘　　要：中国梦不仅涵盖每一个中国人的个体梦想,更是一种整体层面的梦想。因而,中国梦的实现路径不仅要聚焦国内,还要具有国际视野;不仅需要重视发挥个体以及社会组织的主动性与创造性,更要发挥国家在助力中国梦实现中的不可替代的作用。国家在助力中国梦实现方面的作用有:保障人民安全;破除狭隘的家庭、家族观念,形成现代国家观念;增强社会服务能力;推进国际交往;推进国家治理体系和治理能力的现代化。Chinese dream not only includes dreams of individuals, but also is an overall dream. Therefore, in order to achieve Chinese dream, we should not only put our focus at home, but also need to take an in- ternational perspective. We should not only stress on the importance of the initiative and creativity of indi- viduals and social organizations, but also make full use of the function of our nation in the course of reali- zing Chinese dream. Functions of nation in achieving Chinese dream are as follows： guaranteeing the security of people; getting rid of the narrow clan values and shaping the modern concept of nation; enhancing the capacity of social service; promoting international communications as well as the modernization of national governance system and its governance capability.
